The ATP (Association of Tennis Professionals) has announced the winners of its 2025 ATP Awards, with the Rolex Shanghai Masters once again receiving the prestigious “Standards of Excellence” honor for delivering an exceptional event experience and outstanding player services. This marks the second consecutive year the tournament has earned this distinction.
Voted on directly by the players, the “Standards of Excellence” award recognizes tournaments that excel across multiple dimensions — including facilities, organization, atmosphere, and player services. It represents one of the highest endorsements of quality from both the ATP and its athletes.

This year, the Qizhong Tennis Center underwent several upgrades to further elevate the player experience, including expanded training and leisure areas. Looking ahead, the venue will continue to advance its international transformation by diversifying its functions and integrating broader sports industry resources — supporting Shanghai’s vision of building a vibrant “Tennis Town” and establishing a world-class sports landmark.
In addition to the Rolex Shanghai Masters, the ATP 500 events in Dubai and Barcelona, as well as the ATP 250 tournaments in Kitzbühel, Almaty, and Stockholm, were also recognized with their respective Standards of Excellence awards.
